This website, arlopayments.com, is operated by Arlo Payments, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. Arlo AI is a service of Arlo Payments, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This website is a marketing and application site for merchant payment services offered to dental practices. It is not a patient-facing service and it does not collect patient health information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (the early-access list, the contact form, or a merchant application), we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, work email address, phone number, practice name, practice type, the topics you are interested in, and the content of your message. If you apply for merchant services, additional business information is collected through the application process under a separate merchant agreement.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage information when you visit, such as the pages you view, the referring page, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser type, and your device type. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Cookies. This site currently sets only the cookies needed for it to function. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and the site will be updated before the change takes effect.

Patient health information. This website does not request, collect, or store patient health information. Please do not include patient information in any form on this site. Any practice data integrations offered as part of the Arlo service are governed by separate agreements and safeguards, not by this website policy.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and evaluate merchant applications.

We keep form submissions and application information for as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate and service an application, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Aggregate analytics data that does not identify you may be kept longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to contact@arlopayments.com; we will honor the request unless we are required to keep the information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it. Card data is never collected by this website; merchant card processing is handled by certified payments infrastructure under the merchant agreement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications. Send requests to contact@arlopayments.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Service communications that are necessary to administer an application or account may continue even if you opt out of marketing.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact contact@arlopayments.com and we will delete it.

Notice to California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
