Terms of Service
Arlo Payments, LLC · Last updated August 22, 2026
Arlo AI is a service of Arlo Payments, LLC.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of arlopayments.com (the "Site"), operated by Arlo Payments, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. Arlo AI is a service of Arlo Payments, LLC. By using the Site or submitting an application or inquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Description of services
The Site is informational and serves as a channel for dental practices to learn about Arlo and to apply for merchant payment services. Merchant payment services, including card processing and the Arlo Choice dual pricing program, are provided under separate merchant agreements with the sponsoring payments infrastructure provider and its sponsor banks. Nothing on the Site creates a merchant account, a processing relationship, or any obligation to provide services. Features described on the Site as "in development" or "coming" are not available and may change or never ship.
Eligibility
The Site and the services described on it are intended for dental practices operating in the United States and for the people authorized to act for them. By applying, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to bind the practice you identify.
Accuracy of application information
When you submit an application or inquiry, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update it if it changes. Underwriting decisions are made by the payments infrastructure provider and its sponsor banks based on the information you provide and on other information they lawfully obtain. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of services.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Arlo name and mark, the ARLO AI and ARLO CHOICE lockups, and software, are owned by Arlo Payments, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content, or use our names or marks, without our written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Submit patient health information or any other information you are not authorized to share.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Use automated means to scrape, submit forms, or otherwise interact with the Site except as we expressly permit.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a practice.
We may suspend or block access to the Site for conduct that violates these terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Savings, fee reductions, and other outcomes described on the Site depend on the specifics of your practice, including your payment mix, your patients' choices, and your fee schedule. Dual pricing outcomes, including a net processing cost of zero, are program design targets and illustrative examples, not guarantees. Information on the Site about dual pricing, surcharging, and related rules is general information and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice; consult your own advisors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arlo Payments, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Liability relating to merchant payment services is governed by the applicable merchant agreement, not by these terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arlo Payments, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Dispute resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@arlopayments.com and to work with us in good faith for at least thirty days to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes relating to merchant payment services are governed by the dispute resolution terms of the applicable merchant agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
